How are you using sociocratic principles?
I am a sociocratic practitioner, Applying it in my community group, Actively engaging in and supporting the sociocratic networks, Applying it in my business, I'm a certified sociocratic trainer / facilitator / consultant
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
Have been practicing sociocracy in my worker coop for since 2018, studying it since then also, and more recently using some sociocratic tools in a cohousing group I am part of, we are yet to decide our governance structure but I hope we will consider sociocracy. I am currently (in 2021) undertaking a year long course to become a trainer and consultant in sociocracy with the US based organisation Sociocracy for All, which is very active and practice based. I am looking forward to becoming accredited soon and taking sociocracy to any other groups wishing to learn more or start using in their organisations. I'm especially interested in supporting community organisations in the Greater Manchester area where I'm based.
