How are you using sociocratic principles?
Applying it in my community group
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I'm a trainer in cnonviolent conflict resolution from the Arch Community (Lanza del Vasto) in France. We changed our rules of making decisions thanks to a training in sociocracy by UDN (University of Us = Université du Nous). I work with young people and a board team in Greece (Aegina, SOAR School of All Relations. The board is very interested in Sociocracy, and thanks to your site, I'll learn more about it in..English !
