How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I have no direct experience of sociocracy. This is the problem I am struggling with. I want a workplace that is growing in sociocratic ways but I do not think they exist in my field in Australia. So I want to learn more, connect with others who are practicing, and hopefully make a contribution to advancing these ideas.
Please tell us what you hope to get out of this membership site
Find others, particularly in Australia, who I can work with to promote sociocracy in the non-government sector.

Hello Penny, Welcome to the Sociocracy UK online cafe, I hope you can find some useful information and contacts. Yes I have seen your tweets, very interesting, great work. There is at least one sociocracy trainer in Australia (based in Adelaide I think) and a few other practitioners and fans, and I believe there is an informal network in the making, but I'm not sure who the contact for that is, so I shall find out and let you know.
