Welcome Steve! Good to see another local Permie on these pages. I've been trying to seed in Sociocracy to our sphere of interest for several years and done a few courses. I've now got the go-ahead to attend an April training event to look specifically at possible sociocratic structures for Permaculture Wales in its proposed fresh incarnation.
